Safety21 has launched an innovative and specific service for handling appeals to provide Police Authorities a support that automatically prepares legal briefs to be contested in court

Through an innovative Knowledge Management system, the service enables acquisition and filing on the platform of appeals submitted by offenders, drafting of counter-arguments relating to the appeal, which the Authority will then finalise, and acquisition and filing on the platform of the final outcome.

By storing the data acquired from the processing of appeals, the Knowledge Management system ensures continuous improvement in the quality of the draft counter-arguments proposed, thus improving processing efficiency.

The draft counter-arguments are then reviewed by senior Police Officers and subsequently submitted to the relevant Justice of the Peace or Government Office.
